What changes when I update the guest count?
Catering and guest gifts are recalculated using the selected tier’s per-person allowances. Any custom amounts in those two categories are replaced. Other costs remain as entered.
What happens when I switch spending styles?
All category amounts change to the selected tier’s starting amounts. Your guest count, reserve percentage, and included categories remain unchanged.
How is the contingency calculated?
The reserve percentage is applied to the sum of enabled expenses, then added to the total. Disabled categories do not contribute. Estimates include only the amounts you enter; add taxes, service charges and other fees to those amounts where relevant.
Can I return to this budget later?
Yes. Copy the budget link or bookmark the page after editing. The link contains your selected settings and can recreate them. There is no account or server-side saving. Anyone with the link can see the estimate, so avoid sharing it if the figures are private.
Does this confirm prices or book a service?
No. Starting amounts are planning examples and may differ by city, date, supplier, inclusions and event duration. Obtain current quotations before committing to a budget.
